The festival is known for its diverse lineup featuring international and local artists performing blues, roots, and reggae music genres, as well as other music genres such as indie, rock, and pop. The festival attracts tens of thousands of music lovers from all around the world every year and is considered one of the largest music events in Australia. Beyond music, the festival also offers various food and market stalls, workshops, camping options, and a relaxed atmosphere in the beautiful coastal town of Byron Bay. Bluesfest have just announced their first wave of artists, which include Jack Johnson, Sir Tom Jones, The Tesky Brothers, Elvis Costello, Peter Garrett, Tommy Emmanuel, The Dead South, 19-Twenty, Blues Arcadia, Hussy Hicks, Little Quirks and many many more incredible artists.
